Photo Restoration, Retouching, Print and Web Design

We accept digital images, prints, negatives, and slides.

You may submit images for a price quote before commiting to an order. All price quotes are for digital delivery via download only. Any other end products will incur additional costs. Please see the cost sheet at right.

A $5 scanning fee applies to each print, negative, or slide submitted.

If you plan to have a local agency scan your photographs, please tell them you need prints scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi and negatives/slides scanned with a minimum uncompressed file size of 18MB.

Option 1: Upload

You may upload files (jpg, gif, tif, psd, pdf, eps, dng) via our upload form.
High resolution files (300dpi), preferably uncompressed, are required for print or high quality digital output.

Option 2: Mail

We accept CDs, DVDs, prints, negatives, and slides by mail. Please see above note regarding digital scans if you plan to send us digital files.

To send by mail, please make sure to use a photo or disc mailer, or cardboard to ensure your originals are protected, and mail to:

Your originals will be returned to you, along with any prints or discs you have ordered, and are subject to regular shipping/handling fees.

Option 3: In Person

If you live in the Asheville, NC area, please contact us to arrange for dropoff. Do not come to the address above, as it is a UPS store box address.
